We are proud to have an international crew here in Äkäskero. This naturally promotes a continual input and exchange of knowledge, experience and ideas, giving us the opportunity to further develop ourselves.
If you would like to work in the far north, you can apply at any time. We expect applicants to be flexible, can fit into a team and are willing to take responsibility.
Guides will be put through our own training programme over a period of several months. During their first winter they normally work as dog handlers learning everything necessary in order to lead sledge dog tours themselves.
